yeah dude! Finally!
I knew you'd see it for what it is sooner or later. You make the point nicely and simply. If we don't know what the law is, how do we know if we're breaking it, and how can we possibly faithfully abide by it?
Besides, the "no-fly" list is already a consititutional violation. Think EVERY single person that's mistakenly on there all were placed there by accident? OR is it much more likely that this will be yet another tool by the feds to control us.
Like you said, you control who travels, you control who gets to assemble. wink
Look for this to be thoroughly abused more and more in the future. Someone like a MLK Jr. or John Lennon wants to fly from California to New York to engage in a peace or labor rally? Oops! They've mysteriously wound up on the "no-fly" list! How convenient! By the time it gets corrected, the person has missed out on the rally.
Moreover, there will never be another hijacking like what happened on 9/11. Assuming those arabs were really on those planes, which is hard to trust because there is no evidence still to this day available to the public to back this up, and none of those mens' names appeared on ANY of the 4 doomed flights' passenger lists, now the hijackers would have to overcome air marshals and a thoroughly locked cockpit cabin. Rather difficult to tear through with a pair of sewing shears. wink
AND do we really think airline passengers would just meekly stay seated this time around?!?! You know what's really funny, and which makes the whole federal conspiracy theory that much more unbelievable: the average height of the hijackers was 5'5" to 5'7". Imagine a 140 lb 5'5" arab trying to menace a whole plane of people??? Bwaahahahahahahaha!!!
