The market does work
Microsoft needs to figure out a solution to these security issues. Customers will rightly factor in issues associated with the security platform in deciding whether or not to by into the Windows platform.

In this case, what goads Microsoft is CONSUMERS, not government. It works so much better that way. If Microsoft solves these problems, then customers won't leave.
