- Are you as absolutely incompetent as you sound?

So, you're attempting to run a DNS server on a M$ box? Is that what you're saying? I've never seen notepad on Redhat. Exactly how is it the fact you can't config DNS on a windblows box Redhat's (or anybody else) fault?
Your problem is, obviously trying to use a M$ box to run with the big boys. You'd better go back up on the porch to play with your toys.
The more you shill for M$ the more people you scare away from it. More and more are beginning to believe M$ causes brain damage. You'd be better off not posting. You provide too much evidence to support the theory.
I really like this part: "...Red Hat spending billions on FUD research to put down Windows." This got me laughing so hard I had to take a break.
Nobody has to spend a cent to put down windows M$ programmers are doing an excellent job on their own.
I say a proposal for M$ budget. It had $5 million for R&D and $5 billion for marketing and $10 billion for their legal department. I certainly hope you're getting your share of that. I know I wouldn't come to an open forum and feign(?) ignorance for nothing.
BTW. It took me about 15 minutes to get DNS working fine on my Redhat server. The reason it took so long was because I was building a new box from scratch and had quite a few enties to add. Of course, I don't try to use notepad.
Hey, for you windblows crowd there is even a GUI. Maybe you could try that.
