This sounds like the beginning rhetoric of the UK pre-WWII. Restricted travel during the beginning and throughout that war. History classes used to teach that....so did grandparents and family members' who'd served in the military.

It's name is different now. Call it security against terrorists. PROVING that you're not a terrorist by 3 forms of identification proves what? (I.D. theft must've been abolished while I slept last night...right?) And who is working in the background to investigate that you're not participating in some terroristic group? And who decides which groups should be on the group of terroristic groups list? And will this create a group of superpowers within our government that isn't controlled by anybody? They're their own power and not subject to questions or answers?

Providing bio-metric devices for human identity becomes that one step closer to things done during WWII to identify humans. The only difference is the lack of visible ink on yer arm...
