It was a jab
at Mr. Carrol who seems to believe that all people should do is use the built-in API functions of Windows to do their programming for them. He and I have traded barbs in this regard where I warned that a flaw in, for instance, IE would affect the security and usability of apps that rely on an operating system API.

Well, look who turned out to be right. wink
