what court costs?
This is criminal court. Best Buy pays no court costs what so ever. Only the defendant pays court cost and if he can't afford to a public defender is assigned.

Now I wonder why this isn't applied to when thieves steal from us. I mean my Sub was stolen from my car, they caught the guy and he's in Jail now. Did I recieve restitution? No!
