Ok if he was so skilled why would he use his own system to send this email. If he was so skilled why would he use his own account to do so. If he was so skilled why not just use somebody elses account through a wireless link, or did somebody use his account through a wireless link? I cannot imagine sombody would be so dumb as to do these things it just does not make any sense.

The draft documents could have easily been put on the computer and then transmitted by a third party. Hell given a little active x control embedded in a web page and a poorly configured browser and a few lines of code it would be darn trivial to pull this off draft documents and all.
