If one company hijacks the system, and forces you to buy their
exhorbitantly priced products to use the internet, doesn't that
defeat the "open and free system of exchange" you've described
in such glowing terms?

Which is why we need open standards so everyone gets to play,
rather than just users of one particular operating system.

Doesn't this somehow contradict your very vocal support of a
company that does everything it can to pervert those open
standards?
