I'm reminded of the days when women were blamed for being molested -- wearing revealing clothing, "tempting" men; it's no wonder those poor men couldn't control themselves. Fortunately, we now understand the true motivation behind attacks on women, and place the blame where it belongs.

It's a shame that we aren't as educated about hacker attacks. Why shouldn't a computer user be free to use whatever OS s/he desires, without having to worry about someone with a grudge against Microsoft (or SCO) turning him/her into collateral damage? Or maybe worse, someone who feels it his "duty" to point out flaws in Microsoft software by compromising everyone's systems? You know, if you were truly "sorry" about attacking others' systems, you wouldn't do it in the first place.
