One Care A great idea.

All protection is a great idea.
From airbags to condoms to whatever.
subscription is not.
Subcription is only good for the company offering it.
Car leasing is an example.
This ensures that in two or three years a new car will be needed.
Designed obsolessance
How many more services will the average Joe be able to afford before his monthly outlay exceeds his income.
As more and more jobs are outsourced to Asia and more and more Westerners are forced to take pay cuts there is less chance that they can afford it.
protection should be free so that all computers are covered.
I use AVG and Zone Alarm at home and there are others for us working poor to use so all is not lost.
That said.
I do not trust Microsoft to protect me from spyware or anything else.
I stopped using the Microsoft spyware program because they deliberatly ignored a known adware program in the search and only admitted it after somebody else foundout.
Also I vaguely remember that maybe Media player was loading a double click type of program at one time
"Trustworthy Computing" I think not.
I am open to be proved wrong all the same.
I realise that there are those of you with a lot more tech knowledge than I have that can maybe set me straight if I am wrong.
