You bet you're right -

They're charging money for this. What's the cost of upgrading from W2000Pro to XP?

Of course I don't have the MS firewall. Based on past performance, I wouldn't trust it to keep out air. But I do use ZoneAlarm, AVG antivirus, AdAware, Spybot, run as lowest level user (against Sony's recommendation to always run as Administrator).

I guess that MS missed me in their test market.
