Try an OS that doesn't allow attachements to run within the email program, that doesn't give every user root access out of the box, that creates a "sandbox" for executables to run in that does not allow unauthorized activities to go undetected, that doesn't include spyware and surreptitious port openings to report back to the mothership 17 different ways, that doesn't weld an unsecurable and buggy BROWSER to the OS. IOW, try anything other than Microsoft Windows.
