Idiot Users
We have adopted "Idiot Proof Email" for our users. We remove ALL attachments based on the file extension at the gateway. Don't be looking for niece Sarah's pictures of the new baby in a zip or any other type of "double click me" file. MS Word File? Cut and paste the text into the email, then send it. Send the Word document as an attachment and it will be removed.

Harsh times call for harsh measusres. We will protect our idiots from themselves. So far, so good. But tomorrow is another day and another chance some idiot will bring in a floppy.
