I also received thousands of these emails, most went straight into my spam bin, the few that came through allowed me to contact my friends and find out who had been infected, by using the send from address of some of these emails and the warning that I had a virus (not likely)and the warning that an email couldnt be sent from me to an email address I dont have,,led me to the friend whos system was infected.After which I was able to help him remove the virus, clean his system and make the world a safer place for 3 seconds.It used to erk me to receive an email telling me I have a virus, but not any more, contact the contacts that have your address and help them clean their systems.
