One of those ISPs
The ISP where I'm a sys admin, we run email AV on ALL email, in or out, that passes through our mail servers. Hosted, dsl, dialup users, doesn't matter. If you send to us, or through us, your email gets scannned. We check for updated AV sigs hourly, and have noticed a bit of load increase due to scanning and removing the virii. We also send an email back to the sender informing them they have a virus and what it is.

So this whole outbreak has been rather quiet for us...so far, at least...:)
