Of course it is overhyped
Just as the threat from physical terrorism is tremendously overstated, so is web terror. Americans are crazy, we have had an allergic reaction of sorts to terrorists. We get scratched and overract terribly and ruin our own lives, we don't even need them to attack again because we are scared little children looking for the almighty and all knowing goverment to save us. Please excuse me while I go puke.
