Recent news articles would seem to indicate the Governor of MA, and President Chavez care more about the poor in this country not freezing to death than President Bush, the Congress and the oil industry. I know President Chavez has his own agenda, but at least it will help some people. President Bush's agenda only helps those who are so rich they do not need help!
