It's China !!!!!!!!!!!

China sends students to the U.S every year to be educated in computer science. They go back to China, get a job with the government and end up trying to hack into U.S. government systems including defense infrastructure. Congress is fueling the fire. Whose side is Congress on anyway. Somebody wake up and do something!!!
