If you mean all the INLINE ads on webpages, the easy way to do it is redirect them to 127.0.0.1 (localhost) in your WINDOZE 'HOSTS' file. The great thing is that it works for ALL browsers since WINDOZE looks in that file first before going to a DNS Server so all the 'calls' get sent essentially to a deadend address.

You can get the most current replacement HOSTS file by surfing to http://www.hosts-file.net/
