The only truly good bill Bush has signed? Maybe.

I think it may be the one, truly good thing, this man has had passed, it's good for everyone, and it is actuall proving that it's useful, I personally get twenty spam or more a day(Yes, I'm partially to blame.), but I used to get forty or so, it's gotten to the point where I can set my filter to Low, and that's a personal improvement.
