Better solution
While Microsoft is to be applauded for gathering partners in its quest to fight "phishing," there are already other tools, such as the free toolbar available from netcraft.com, which allow users to determine the origin of the sites they are visiting, and judge their "trustworthiness" for themselves. An educated user is the best opponent against "phishers."
