sony had a eula. so, the smart cracker just puts a little eula together that gives him the right to do anything he pretty much wants with your computer. he should just state clearly below the first three lines that are shown in the tiny window that he plans to wreak havoc with your computer. no one reads that far, and i don't see how anyone could be prosecuted. wink

the fact that anyone can hide behind a eula, btw, is why sony **should** be criminally prosecuted for violating computer tampering/trespass laws, eula or not.
