- Will certification legitimize adware?

No because my HP computer was preloaded with software when I bought it and as far as I am concerned it was chock full of adware from Hewelett Packard and Microsoft among others. Half the software was nothing but front ends for subscription software on the internet and the rest was 30 day free trials.
Trust who? I don't trust anyone that says trust me.
