Oh The Irony.
Not only does XCP have a Root Kit but they also included DVD John's DeDRMS Code (Violates the DMCA), Oh The Irony. XCP also has tons of other files from other GPL and LGPL projects, all in violation of those author's copyright.

No wonder they hid this turkey.
Also SunnComm's uninstaller, the other DRM method that Sony uses but hasn't recalled yet, leaves computers open to the same exploits as the XCP uninstaller.
