Doesn't work
You can treat your employees with as much respect and dignity as you want but you will still have security breaches.

Say you treat you employee great but one has a gambling problem. When faced with mounting debt and offered a large sum of cash for some corporate secrets do you think they won't jump at the chance to get out of the hole they got themselves into. No amount of respect and dignity will fix this problem. Everyone has thier price and situation.

Still respect and dignity when ignored just causes problem which may increase theft and such.
