About employee rentention
You will keep employees regardless of talents if they know what they can do and not do. The best way to get rid of employees is chaos. No policy whatsoever. It is nice to know exactly where you stand instead of unpleasent surprises. Of course I wasn't advocating total control with obsessive zeal. That gets rid of employees also.
