I somewhat concur
There is much truth in what you say, albeit, I hope, with irony. Policies should be enforced uniformly regardless of the violator, and often, those in power protect each other. However, if admins would properly lock down the permissions and resources to which users have access, much of this would go away. Then again, so would many very talented employees...
