Sounds like a great idea.
Reward those who are good to the company and vice versa. And I think it goes on in good companies. Unfortunately the world is populated with a few psychopaths. They view civilized behavior as a sign of weakness and will take advantage of every opportunity. About 3-5% of the population is affected this way like most genetic disorders. I believe it is a genetic predisposition even though it hasn't been proven. Even some bosses are psychopaths. So these people ruin it for the rest of us and we have to live with locks, security policies and punishments to crime. I know psychopaths will not be deterred by a stick, but there is some justice in the end when he gets whacked a few times. Their greatest fear is removing their perceived control which is usually prison.
