Here is an idea...I know it's radical and all
but how about treating employee's with respect and dignity on a
daily basis and remove the incentive to do harm to the employer?
Perhaps it would not occur to the vast majority of people treated
well to in anyway, shape, or form to harm their employer and "IF"
they see or hear about someone else doing so they MIGHT be prone
to aiding the company rather than routing for the guy/gal who is
harming the company and hoping he/she gets away with it?
