Sony is too slow
It looks like the lawyers were trying to protect them, which is a
problem in itself.

A blind man running for the bus could see that Sony would have
to recall all infected CDs, give a simple app to remove their
infection in computers, give all people returning their CD
coupons for 2 - 5 CDs of their choice, let a few Sony execs fall
on their sword and get ready to pay the trial lawyers a fair bit of
money.

This is the dumbest move since Intel was refusing to replace
Pentium chips that couldn't do math. Intel learned their lesson
and you would have thought Sony would have been wiser than
they are.

In the end it will be a good study for MBA programs.
