What?: This doesn't have anything to do with how good Apache or FreeBSD is. Its like saying, the freeway is bumper to bumper during rush hour so it must suck all the time.

No, I still think its good. This has had absolutly no affect on that opinion.

Also, I think SCO is right. If it was their code, then they deserve to be paid for the lost revenue they have endured from it.

As should anyone in such a situation. But it is their responsibility to prove such wrong doing. Until then, they need to keep their mouth shut and stop spreading false accusations and outright lies. Also, the case with IBM is STILL only a breach of contract issue. And the way things been going... well, you can make a pretty good comic strip out of it.

The virus writers should be given 20 years in prison with no parole!

Kind of extreme don't you think? I think 5 yrs and $10,000 is good enough.
