What world are you living in?
Besides the fact that there are still programs that simply will not run without admin rights, the vast majority of small businesses do not have the resources or even the basic understanding to handle their network 'properly'.

It is not a responsible position that Sony took when they released these CDs in the first place. They lend validity to that position by no longer producing these CDs any more.

Not everyone can deal with the recognized threats (internet, email, spam, etc) much less threats from major media suppliers.

I know that you have 'put the clamps' on all of your users, locking down the desktop, restricting rights, etc., but, not all senior management (owners, CEO, etc.) would buy into that approach. You are fortunate indeed.
