and their efforts to not only bring these things to light but to litigate if necessary, to challenge the se laws and businesses on the level of consumer rights and privileges they strip away unjustly.
And yes, blogs and bloggers are being attacked, by businesses and politicians who see that a highly visible and viable communications tool is able to cast light on their otherwise media quiet activitites. Some of the same folks who sit on a govt community or seat have vested interests in media businesses, but they have little to no control over the internet or blogs, and the internet has fast become the news source for the world population.
