is the source code clouding microsofts eye's?

what is the chance that simply having windows source code makes microsoft the worst candidate for anti-spyware technology?

would a spyware tool be most effective solely using windows API's, limiting the number of microsoft created kernel dll's?

why is 'defender' still a work in progress regarding Vista? is it cause Vista will have AntiSpyware procedure calls in every programming exception that occurs in the entire OS that is still in development? would this lead to more 'in(-)security'? could it actually work?

will spyware ever go away?

any opinions?
