In a special trial held at the home of Linus Torvalds, champion of the Linux operating system, three defendants (Bill Gates, Steve Ballmer and the Microsoft Corporation) were found guilty of causing global warming, the greenhouse effect, the rise of international terrorism, as well as laundering money through the SCO corporation and initiating a worldwide epidemic of biological viral attacks.

Mr. Torvalds presided over the trial as judge, while a jury of 12 native Penguinistas contemplated the fate of the defendants. Despite the fact that the prosecution did not call a single witness, the defendants were convicted on all charges.

Public execution for the two human defendants and all Microsoft Corporation shills is scheduled for tomorrow.

In a rare reversal of their usual position, Amnesty International has issued a press release through their Linux based computer SUPPORTING the executions.
