This thread is about Windows, and a Windows problem. W-I-N-D-O-W-S

The problem is exactly this - you cannot remove Internet Explorer. It adds nothing, it introduces unnecessary vulnerabilities, and it cannot be removed. This is the complaint - a very legitimate one.

If you want to talk about Linux, there are plenty of threads on that subject. Go find one. Thank you.
