You can think I'm lying all you want, but it won't change the truth. Not everyone is the same. Some people are better at keeping track of things to the point of being NEAR perfect. (They aren't perfect, but for example, they know how much is in their checking account and are better at handling money and as result are never overdrawn.)

Some people are so... "Goody goody", as some people would would put it, that they only break laws if they don't know they are there or if they don't know the extent of the law. And that's not the same as breaking a law intentionally.

Likewise, crimes aren't created equal. For example... Some people speed, because they are trying to get to the hospital to visit a relative who may be dying.

Other people steal things simply because they want them. Some people murder because they're upset. Etc...

Obviously... The motivation plays a bit of a role in the nature of the crime. However, the crimes themselves are also different. Murder for example is more serious than going a little over the speed limit.

See the difference?

Let me ask you question... If you were rich. And you needed a bodyguard for one of your kids. Would you trust a former kidnapper who used to kidnap rich kids and hold them for ransom? Or maybe someone who sexually molested kids? How about a former murderer? All of the former may have intimate knowledge of how to protect your kid better, because they know something of the profession. However... Would you feel comfortable with them?

Or would you trust someone who had a tendency to go a little over the speed limit when there was crisis?
