An appology isn't going to cut it...
Sony deliberately hid these files and exposed systems to additional viruses. In addition, they never mentioned this in the EULA and provided no uninstall program. in fact, they STILL don't have an uninstall program. All the "patch" does that Sony is posting is makes the files not hidden anymore, but the DRM virus that consumes system resources and bricks your CD if you attempt to remove it is still there. And lets not forget the millions of CD's out there that Sony is refusing to replace, nor the bricked systems that have cost users hours of reinstallation.

Sony...this isn't an appology...this is yet another slap-in-the-face insult to your honest customers. I'm actually MORE mad now that Sony has attempted this semi-patch to this virus you funded and distributed to millions of users and installed on our systems. No...an appology isn't going to cut it Sony...you need to start facing some consequences here.
