Illegal
Part of the problem was that this program of thiers installed even before you check the EULA. Why did they feel the need to hide it? The problem for me is that they are sureptisciously sp? installing a program on my computer which may cause problems or conflicts with other programs and I don't even know it's there. Maybe they would be OK with letting us install just a few "harmless" files on their system. I view it as an illegal break in which should be punished by the law. I will never intentially buy a copy protected CD and will avoid all Sony products in the future.
