Actualy...NO.
If you read the EULA currently on the affected CD's they do NOT include ANY reference to this software.

Sony JSUT (amazingly enough) changed their EULA recently because of this becoming public knowledge...but 10 million CD's have already been sold with this Trojan Horse and NO complete removal tool is available from Sony.
