British teen in court over 'e-mail bomb' charges

This is not an email bomb: "Police accuse the youth of sending 5 million e-mails to the company he used to work for."

An email bomb is a single email with an attachment that when unzipped expands to take up all your harddrive space there by crashing the system. This is done by zipping a 100 GB text file consisiting of all zeros and couple of extra bits to make it look legit. That compresses down to a few K in size. That's an email bomb.
