encryption has a shelf life...
much like a battery, encryption algorithmns have a shelf life. depending on the conditions of the 'enviornment' shelf life will differ. if you put your batteries in a freezer, i hear they may last longer. you limit a US citizens ability to send encryption technology over seas, i hear that may extend the shelf life of the algorithmn.

times change, computers become more powerful, encryption algorithmns must also evolve without semi-solid beurocracy..
