You still don't get it.
Someone could send the user instructions to deactivate all those safety barriers to read the malware on any nix system. You and I know better but the novice on linux doesn't. I use win2k without a AV package. I don't get infected because I watch where I step. It is the users lack of experience that is the greatist security threat. The last virus I got was a boot sector virus on DOS 6.22.
