Linux developers
The assumptions that a Linux developer:
1) Has no familiarity with Windows
2) Has no background with Windows
3) Can't program for Windows

are silly, at best. Obviously, whoever wrote this has great familiarity with Windows, or at least enough to adapt pieces others wrote to a more nefarious purpose. That does not make the writer of this virus "a Windows person." To a good developer, the OS is just an underlying tool, and you can work on/develop for any platform you take the time to learn. Once you add in your particular computer/religious leanings, though, it can become a case of "know your enemy" and you can use that knowledge in other ways.

"I suspect that the Linux/Unix community has better things to do!"

But the Windows community does not?
