Seriously Here ya go

To remove the rootkit

The spyware, adware etc can be removed using a combination of the following
Spy Sweeper from Webroot Software
AntiSpyware from Microsoft
Ad-aware from Lavasoft
CWShredder from InterMute
Hijack This! from Merijn.org
Spybot Search and Destroy from PepiMK

What really makes this bugger really nasty besides the root_kit (which is nasty by itself)is the different things delivered in the payload.

Worse comes to worse wipe the harddrive, reformat and reinstall. Oh yeah one more thing don't let them do this again.
