"The newest department in the federal government, the Department of Homeland Security, got off to a bad start with an overall "F" for its computer security, despite the fact that securing the nation's network is part of its mission."

Fitting how the most INSECURE part of the government (computer-wise) is supposed to help PROTECT the public from hacker attacks??

That should make it nice and easy for someone to hack in and steal that email list, or possibly set off a "false" cyber alert... or even WORSE.. prevent the detection of such an attack!!

Great job in "securing" the country against cyber threats..
