Don't be so paranoid. The Feds don't need this program to get your email address. They probably buy email addresses the same place the spammers do happy

And if you are worried about them reading your mail, there is always GNUPG or PGP. It's so good, the NSA encrypts their email with it.

Face it. If your traffic over the Internet isn't encrypted, everyone from the Feds to your ISP is already monitoring it.
