I actually had to file a complaint with eTrust
because Microsoft kept on spamming me, even after
I had sent them a registered letter demanding
that they cease. I had previously attempted
numerous times to follow their unsubscribe
procedure and to request for them to stop via
email.
In all fairness, though, they responded very
quickly to my eTrust complaint and immediately
