Backup Strategy needs CIO, CFO, & general counsel input
The issues of backing up and restoring an organizations
data need to be coordinated with IRS, intellectual property,
and other concerns. Some data needs to be kept longer
than other data. Simply rolling everything to a single tape
may not make sense, If you need to keep IP data for twenty
years and IRS for ten then having it all on one tape is ugly.
