Afraid I have to agree with the article 100%. After spending the last 4 days going round and round with Oracle support over installation flaws that should have been caught in a simple install test I am quite dissatisfied with Oracle's QC department.

I don't believe the flaw hunters are picking holes, they are shouting through the huge tears in the cardboard security walls surrounding Oracle products.
